Speak Dating Language Exchange Programme re-launched at Fresh New Venue

After a short break Speak Dating is back with a fresh new venue.  Within the relaxed, social setting of a popular coffee shop, language enthusiasts can practice and learn a new language.

Dubai, 20th May 2014 – ‘Speak Dating’, the unique, language exchange programme, was first launched in 2010 by language enthusiast Bénédicte Hennebo,  and has since entered into partnership with Eton Institute and revolutionised the world of language learning.

Keeping in line with Eton Institute’s mission of promoting language diversity, the Speak Dating initiative brings together the multi-national and multi-lingual community of Dubai by matching language enthusiasts who have a common interest in learning and practicing each other’s languages.

“Speak Dating is a great platform for language enthusiasts to practice the language they are learning and to teach others their native language, giving them the opportunity to become both teachers and students in one very social event. The relaxed atmosphere of the coffee shop further provides the perfect social environment for practising languages in a real life situation, the way native speakers communicate,” commented Sakina Amerjee, Public Relations Executive at Eton Institute.

To many expats, these events are the first opportunity to network with each other but also to get in touch with the Dubai community.
