Eton Institute offers Student visas to international students planning to enroll on selected courses in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. You can now fulfill your learning and development needs by taking advantage of the Student visa offered by the Institute.
Obtaining a sponsored Student visa with Eton Institute will enable you to arrive in the UAE on an international Student visa valid for up to 12 months. Eton Institute visa sponsorship is only available to students aged 24 years or less who have fully registered and paid for a minimum of 12 month study package. Terms and Conditions apply.
The below sample package outlines an example of the study package that would be eligible for a Student visa.
Sample Package
Achieve a Proficiency User *CEFR level of a Language in 12 months with Eton Institute.
Enroll on consecutive Intensive Courses of English, daily classes of 2 or 4 hours per session and improve a whole CEFR level per month.
*CEFR = The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is a guideline put together by the Council of Europe used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages.
How to apply
The process normally takes between 25 – 30 working days. The procedure for Student visa sponsorship will only commence when visa cost and full course fees (including registration and material fees) have been paid and a Letter of Acceptance has been issued by the Institute. In order to apply for a visa, please submit the following documents to our Admissions Office:
1. A completed Visa Application Form
2. A completed Emirates ID Form
3. A signed Student Learning Agreement
4. A signed Terms and Conditions Form
5. A signed Student Undertaking Letter
6. A copy of your Letter of Acceptance from the Institute
7. Copies of receipts (course fees, visa and deposit cost)
8. Three (3) clear color copy of your passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity)
9. One (1) clear color scan copy of your passport (must be in JPEG)
10. Eight (8) colored photographs with white background. Size 4.3cm x 5.5cm
11. One (1) clear color scan copy of your above photograph (must be in JPEG and less than 30KB)
Please note that if your arrival in the UAE is on a tourist/visit visa, you must exit and re-enter the country to change status on a Student visa.
STUDENT VISA – CANCELLATION
Termination of your studies before the visa expiry date will mean the natural cancellation of your sponsored Student visa by Eton Institute. Students would then be required to either leave the country or arrange their own visa sponsorship.
Student Visa – Cost
Students will need to pay for the full cost of their Student visa, this includes a refundable deposit of AED 7,000. A detailed breakdown of the cost (including Eton Institute visa sponsorship and health insurance cost) is specified in the Student Visa – Fee Structure below.

Student Visa – Fee Structure
Below fees are quoted in UAE dirhams. Visa cost is set by the UAE Government Services Office and is subject to change.
Visa Cost (including service charge, health insurance and other admin fees): 6,990
Visa Deposit (Refundable): 7,000
Total cost (including deposit): 13,990
Please note:
1. Visa cost is non-refundable
2. Visa deposit is refundable and will be returned to students at the end of the course, when leaving the country
3. Total cost excludes course, registration and material fees
4. Visa approval is at the discretion of the Institute and the Immigration Authorities. Rejected visa applications will incur costs related to the application process.
