In order to succeed in the world of international affairs and diplomacy, the Emirates Diplomatic Academy (EDA) recognizes foreign language proficiency to be a vital skill for diplomats. With such unwavering standards in mind, the EDA required a language partner with a deep understanding of the country’s strategic vision and cultural intricacies and one that was responsive to the dynamic requirements of the EDA, while performing at a world-class level.

At Eton Institute, we have designed, delivered and perfected a 5-language intensive program for future UAE diplomats (comprising Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese & Farsi), delivered over the course of one academic year.

During their pre-opening, Dubai Parks & Resorts embarked on the largest Emiratization project ever seen in the UAE. Dealing with visitors from the Middle East and all over the globe, Dubai Parks & Resorts needed its young Emirati guest-facing workforce to be prepared for all aspects of their roles – particularly from a language proficiency standpoint. 

Eton Institute was successful in designing a custom-made Theme Park English language program for more than 700 future employees, and delivered it over a period of 4 months before the official opening date, in a daily, intensive format – in and out of the classroom, combining theory with practical activities for optimum outcome. 

The Office of Social Responsibility at the New York University – Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) set up a series of comprehensive initiatives offering educational and social opportunities for their teams. Offering employees and non-key associates the possibility of enrolling on-site in English, Business English and Arabic language training programs.

Eton Institute has designed, monitored and delivered successfully these linguistic skills improvement programs at NYUAD for the past 6 years, meaning that more than 1,200 participants have completed at least 30 classroom-input hours, flexibly scheduled and certified, covering all four skills of linguistic proficiency.
