Eton Institute hosts Broadway-style cultural show to celebrate its 11th anniversary. Dubai, 21 February 2017 – As part of its mission to promote understanding and tolerance of cultures, Eton Institute puts the spotlight on cultural diversity and language learning at ‘Eton Day on Broadway’ for its 11th anniversary on 9th of March 2017 (Thursday), 8:00 am – 9:00 pm.Bringing the community together through arts, music and entertainment, the event will highlight the cultural aspect of Broadway musicals and how it has become a universal language. The free event will stage cultural performances, Broadway-themed games, language micro-lessons and culinary treats to welcome the growing community of learners and guests. “Broadway has significantly shaped society’s perspective in understanding cultures through music and acting. It’s beyond the glitz and glamor; it teaches us how to appreciate history, culture and people, all essential to learn a language. So, on 9th of March, I encourage everyone to bring their favorite dancing shoes and jazz up their day by celebrating with us!” commented Romina Mahtani, CEO at Eton Institute. Broadway aficionados and cultural enthusiasts will be able to visit language booths and meet the team of native instructors, as well as taste authentic international food. They can join interactive activities per booth to learn new words and phrases in their language of interest. The whole day event will also feature a mini-theatre room where both kids and young at heart can enjoy watching popular musicals. “This is going to be the best cultural show of the year! Broadway is a perfect medium to celebrate cultural diversity. Every year, we are excited to provide special offers and learning solutions that continuously help build the confidence learners need for career, travel or personal purpose,” said Manon Hazell, Marketing Manager at Eton Institute. Eton Institute is collaborating with restaurants and cultural groups that will provide food tasters and performances on the day. Spectacular discounts on a range of language courses will be offered; learners can book their favorite courses at the Institute in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, as well as online for 24 hours (from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm on Thursday 9th March 2017 only).
