In the Towards Maturity Benchmark study, 8 out of 10 Learning and Development professionals believe that virtual learning will increase employee engagement. Another survey showed that 70% of students were motivated to learn when mobile devices were being leveraged. This implies that mobile learning courses and online training is transforming the learning landscape and a more efficient way of achieving personal and professional growth.
